POLICY INFORMATION
BOOKING SESSIONS - We will continue to use an open, first come, first serve sign up policy. We think this makes us unique because you can plan your training program into the near future. Sessions have been filling, but, we have only had to deny a small number of requests so far.
ARRIVAL TIME - If your bike is stored at our facility you should arrive 15 minutes before start time to warm up. When your bike is not stored you need to arrive 30 minutes before start so we can set you up. If you arrive late and we cannot get you set up before start time you will have to wait until the ride is up and running to get set up.
CANCELLATION POLICY - 24 hour notice is required! If you cancel in less than 24 hours and we do not have time to fill your spot you will be charged for the session. No shows will always be charged!
EXPIRATION - All packages expire 1 year from purchase date.
